Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Solunce ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Solunce

You must be at least 13 years old to use Solunce. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. Solunce is provided for personal and developer use.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your API keys publicly. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Solunce to:

• Generate content that violates applicable law
• Create, distribute, or deploy malware, exploits, cyberweapons, or any tool intended to harm, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Generate content intended to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute API access without permission
• Collect or harvest user data from the platform
• Impersonate other users or entities

Solunce serves an uncensored model. You are solely responsible for how you use the output. We do not review or moderate responses.

4. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated responses are provided as-is, for informational and personal use only. Solunce is an independent platform — it is not a professional service, does not provide medical, legal, financial, or safety advice, and cannot be held responsible for any content generated by its models.

Solunce and its operators explicitly:

• Make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any AI-generated content
• Are not responsible for any mis-responses, hallucinations, incorrect information, or omissions produced by AI models
• Are not liable for any actions you take, or fail to take, based on AI-generated responses
• Are not liable for any harm, injury, financial loss, legal consequence, or other damage arising from your use or misuse of AI-generated content
• Bear no responsibility for any content used to develop, assist, or carry out any activity — whether legal or otherwise
• Are not responsible for how third parties use or misuse content generated through the Service

You use AI outputs entirely at your own risk. AI models can and do produce incorrect, outdated, or misleading information. Always verify important information through qualified professionals or authoritative sources. By using the Service you acknowledge that you, not Solunce, are solely responsible for any downstream use of generated content.

5. Token balance & access

New accounts receive a free token balance. We reserve the right to adjust token limits, pricing, or availability at any time. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

6. Paid plans

Solunce Pro™ subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/mo. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable after use. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Service availability

Solunce is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of model outputs, or suitability for any purpose. The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you are violating these terms or causing harm. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solunce and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Reliance on AI-generated content, mis-responses, or inaccurate information
• Decisions made or actions taken based on AI outputs
• Unauthorized use of your account
• Any third-party actions enabled, assisted, or informed by content generated through the Service
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from Service interruption or discontinuation

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Solunce in the twelve months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
